Description
- Interpolated axial flap based on supratrochlear artery in the forehead
- Commonly used to reconstruct distal nasal defects
- Requires 2 stage reconstruction:
- Stage 1: Elevation, thinning, and inset of flap
- Stage 2: Division of pedicle approximately 10 - 14 days later
