Post-Operative Considerations
- Initial flap sutures are removed at 5 days
- No special dressings recommended
- Consider using petroleum-based ointments twice daily along incision line. Avoid topical antibiotic ointments/creams (ex. Polysporin) as these can cause a significant erythema reaction
